Returns / Refunds / Exchange
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the Customer ordered the wrong item/size etc., or changed their mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Svea Landschoof offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact her within 14 days of product delivery. Please get in touch via email (hello@svea-landschoof.com) and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that if the order shipping details are incorrect or the Customer orders the wrong size or item, Svea Landschoof will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. The Customer is responsible for providing correct information.
